We GUARANTEE that the mortgage product that we offer you will be cheaper than any mortgage from any other broker. If you can prove that you can find a better and cheaper mortgage over a two-year period than the mortgage product that we offer, then we will pay you £100.
This is not a simple comparison of interest rates as they can be misleading - especially in Spain where there is no Mortgage Code or regulation. This will be a true cost comparison including all of the fees charged both upfront and hidden - we will know about these charges as we will have a detailed knowledge of the product that you wish to compare through our comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage products available to non-residents.
